ADRA Winnipeg Community Hub (formerly ACS) is a safe, welcoming space in Winnipeg’s Elmwood neighborhood. Operated by ADRA Canada, it provides local families and youth with urgent food security, a drop-in warming/cooling space, mental health resources and a youth hub. We provide outreach and referrals for people looking for support with housing, counselling, job resources and more.
