BREATHE Midwives is a charitable organization focused on providing access to sexual, reproductive health programs, resources and system navigation. Through our initiatives, our gaol is to improve Black maternal health outcomes, ensuring that Black individuals, infants, and their families experience safe, dignified, outcomes. We provide free, culturally responsive care that centers Black families and dismantles barriers created by systemic racism in healthcare. BREATHE Midwives will focus on the spectrum of health sexual, reproductive, and obstetrical issues that usually are dismissed, ignored and/or minimized in the Black population leading to poor birthing and infant outcomes.
