Camp Erin Toronto is currently part of a national grief camp program that has multiple camps across North American – all but us – in the USA. CET provides support to children, youth and families living with the out of order loss of a parent (parent)/sibling (child) – one of the most devastating pyschological events that can happen to a child/youth. Every year we run a family camp and a overnight camp. We are on the precipise of supporting the lauch of family camps throughout Ontario and Canada – working to lauch a national grief camp program strategy in Canada in the next year. The cahritable number we provided is for Gildas Club Toronto – as our current host organization – however we are pursuing charitables status for the Canadian Alliance for Childrens Grief to build out a national program structure to help make grief support programs more readily available to children and communities across Canada.
