The Chalet Malouin is a non-profit charitable organization for seniors 55+ that is located in the St. Malo community. The Chalet Malouin has 85 affordable independent, assisted living and supportive housing suites that are available to low-income and often vulnerable seniors. The goals of Chalet Malouin are:

• To create a home which allows its tenants to remain independent as long as possible;
• To create a cost-effective way of delivering assisted living services; and
• To maintain and promote independence for tenants.   

We assist vulnerable low-income seniors with connections to local-rural Food Banks as well as connecting them with the proper resources (advising of Government Aide and Programs), Income Tax Assistance,  etc.  We also provide various free seminars to the seniors on various age & health related topics.   WE have a commercial kitchen that offers 3 affordable meals per day/  7 days per week.
