At Child and Family Services of Grand Erie Foundation, we support children, youth, and families navigating the realities of child welfare, where moments of transition can happen quickly and often without preparation.

Hygiene kits are critical for children entering care, ensuring they have access to basic essentials at a time when everything else may feel uncertain. Transitional housing kits support youth as they take brave steps toward independence, often without the items needed to establish a safe and comfortable living space. Through our Early Years programming, baby and new parent kits help caregivers welcome their children with confidence, while period kits ensure youth and families can maintain dignity and well-being without added financial strain.
