At Good Shepherd, our programs and services are always offered free of charge and without judgment. We welcome anyone in need, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship status, disability, or substance use. Dignity, compassion, and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
Good Shepherd Non-Profit Homes provide permanent supportive housing and community programs for individuals living with mental health needs and addiction challenges. Many of our clients have experienced, or are at risk of, homelessness. Our focus is on helping them maintain stable housing, improve their quality of life, and connect with social, recreational, educational, and vocational opportunities.
This holiday season, we are supporting our clients who live in our housing and rely on our services. For many, Good Shepherd is their only source of care and companionship at this time of year. To ensure no one is left out, each client will receive a tote bag filled with meaningful gifts, including hygiene items and small treats, to open on Christmas morning.
To make this possible, we are seeking in-kind donations of hygiene products, blankets, and other small comfort items.
Partnering with Kits for a Cause would allow us to create a customized wishlist of urgently needed items, making it easier for donors to support us directly. This collaboration would help us not only bring warmth and joy at Christmas, but also continue meeting essential needs year-round.
