House of Friendship walks alongside Waterloo Region’s most vulnerable residents – those who need food, housing, community resources or addiction treatment. Together we support over 40,000 children, adults and families. 

Our newest program – HART transitional housing program will serve adults who are unhoused and ready to engage in treatment for addiction and mental health. The individuals in this program will be transitioning from shelters, encampments, etc. to this program and eventually discharge into housing. It would be incredibly helpful to have resources to provide as they transition to their own homes.
