THE INTEGRATED CARE HUB (ICH) BEGAN OPERATION IN AUG 2020 AND IS FUNDED BY THE CITY OF KINGSTON, THE UNITED WAY, AND FROM OTHER PARTICIPATING AGENCIES.

The ICH provides 24/7 low-barrier and wrap-around services to vulnerable citizens with immediate needs such as safety, food and rest and longer-term needs.

Focusing on a client-centred model of care, AMHS KFLA’s 200+, highly skilled staff act with an emphasis on psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction.
Services at the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) are delivered by a group of community partners who work together to provide collaborative, integrated care.
Donations are processed through CanadaHelps via Addiction & Mental Health Services – KFLA (AMHS-KFLA),
