This customized design can include offices to house onsite staff, community spaces designed to facilitate private counseling or community building. It also includes fully furnished homes and floor plans that feature studio apartments near public transit that meet a City’s Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) requirements or two-bedroom apartments to promote family stability and long-term occupancy.
