La Maison (for short) provides a safe and welcoming environment to francophone women and their children, who are victims of partner and family violence, where they can receive help and support to regain their autonomy. At La Maison, women and their children are provided with services ranging from daily meals, mother-child programs/activities to counseling and access to various community services and resources.
With its multiple programs, La Maison advocates for prevention through education by targeting the youth and younger generations to raise awareness on violence against women.
Given the nature of its services, La Maison highly depends on the generosity of the general community to make donations of money, goods and services, in order that we can carry out our work.
