Lakeland Out of the Elements Shelter Society

We are a small non-profit adult men’s and women’s shelter that serves an average of 20-30 people 24/7, 365 days a year. We have a men’s and women’s matt program as well as a 5 bedroom transitional housing program. We serve 3 square meals a day. We also offer case management and programming to support men and women in moving forward in their life.  We have limited funding and I feel partnering up with Kits for Cause will be a game changer for us to continue to provide wholesome programming and services to the people. We have recently over gone a complete overhaul of the shelter including a new board. We have started a lot of programming in the last few months and it would be wonderful to receive donations for the the programing equipment and supplies.
