Founded in 1992, Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada (NHSSN) is dedicated to providing affordable housing, pathways to homeownership, education, and neighborhood revitalization for low- to moderate-income individuals and families.

As a NeighborWorks America affiliate and a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, we are committed to serving our community through collaboration with local businesses, community leaders, and government representatives to shape the landscape of affordable housing opportunities across Southern Nevada.

NHSSN proudly partners with more than a dozen local nonprofit organizations to deliver essential services to our residents. NHSSN continually seeks new partnerships to further support the community. Current initiatives focus on developing affordable housing for low-income seniors and veterans.

We believe that good neighbors make great neighborhoods, and our goal is to make affordable housing accessible to everyone in Southern Nevada.
