New Circles has a rock solid, unique brand that has evolved over two decades. We are the only social service agency in the GTA to provide free, quality new and second-hand clothing to a broad array of newcomers and “equity-deserving clients.” Our flagship program is called GLOW or Gently Loved Outfits to Wear. In our last fiscal year, 14,422 client families visited GLOW. In addition, we reached out to shelters to offer clothing to 524 additional clients. We have a pipeline of regular clothing donors who travel from the more affluent postal codes and we have 100 volunteers who help our small team sort, display and serve clients.

Complementing our GLOW program, we offer settlement support. A new Settlement Supervisor meets 1:1 with each new registered client to refer them to community resources for healthcare, furniture, food and so on. Our Employment Services Team offer 4 pre-employment training series: Retail and Customer Service (which includes an internship in GLOW), Business Office Skills, Entrepreneurship and Home Support Worker (with guaranteed employment upon graduation).
