New Visions Toronto is a non-profit charitable organization that has been providing housing, care, and support to children, adolescents, and adults with complex developmental and physical disabilities for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide the best possible support and care in a home-like environment. We focus on individualized, around-the-clock care that encourages the development of meaningful relationships, activities, and employment opportunities within the community.

At New Visions Toronto, we are guided by the principles of integration and normalization. We believe that all individuals can grow and change and have the right to receive services and support while being part of their local community. We have 15 residences located throughout the Toronto area, providing homes for 57 individuals and helping them to become active members of their growing and vibrant communities.

Our residential program encourages meaningful interactions with others and provides opportunities for individuals to participate in their communities and be recognized for their contributions. We strive to foster ongoing growth and development of the people we support, helping them to become as independent as possible.

We are dedicated to improving the lives of those living in homes which have seen significant wear and tear over the last 30 years. Our 2023 fundraising goal of $250,000 is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those living in these homes by repairing floors damaged by necessary wheelchair use, reinforcing walls, painting homes inside and out, improving laundry facilities, updating kitchens and bathrooms, and replacing two vehicles. With your support, we can help make a real difference in the lives of these individuals and families.
