The PCACS Hygiene Bank is a free, community-driven program that collects and distributes personal‐care essentials to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. Operating year‐round, it maintains an inventory of items that are not typically covered by traditional food‐pantry or social‐service funding:

Personal hygiene items: deodorant, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products

Baby care supplies: diapers, wipes, baby shampoo

Household basics: toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap

All products are provided at no cost to clients, who access the program through referral agencies, walk‑ins, and PCACS outreach events.
