Rosalie Hall, with compassion and respect, assists young parents in need and their children to realize their potential through the provision of a wide range of community, residential, educational and child development services. Rosalie Hall has been serving Toronto communities since 1914. Over 2500 young mothers and children are served each year. We have evolved into an accredited children’s mental health center and we have introduced services to young fathers.Rosalie Hall provides its services with compassion and non-judgment. We hope to educate others on the great needs of these vulnerable young families. We recognize the harsh realities that instability, abuse, violence, and poverty have on fragile lives and provide our programs and services to address the complex lives of many of the young parents served.
