SOAR Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Wake County, North Carolina, dedicated to uplifting youth and families through equitable access to essential resources and opportunities. Since its founding in 2014, SOAR Outreach has worked to eliminate material hardship among low-income and homeless populations.  

We addresses critical needs through its flagship Essentials for Empowerment Program, which provides hygiene items, baby diapers and wipes, youth clothing/shoes, and technology devices (laptops, tablets, and iPads to underserved youth and families facing economic hardship in Wake County. The organization has distributed thousands of essential items to date, promoting health, educational engagement, and overall well-being among the region’s most vulnerable communities.
