At Start Me Up Niagara, we offer a variety of services in support of individuals facing poverty, homelessness, unemployment, disabilities, comprised mental health and addictions.

Our goal is to provide opportunities for individuals to reach an improved quality of life through an increased level of self sufficiency. Together we are working to build a community where all are included. Start Me Up Niagara operates on the five pillars of support to meet our mission and vision.
