Patients and their families rely on Transition to Betterness (T2B) 17 crucial comfort programs to meet their needs in palliative care, oncology and paediatrics in our three local area hospitals and the Windsor Regional Cancer Center. 
T2B relies on partnerships like you to respond to this urgent need for patients and their families facing life altering illnesses. 
Our T2B programs are heavily product based so as you can imagine with significant increase in products and patient intake almost doubled in the past two years we are finding it extremely difficult to respond to the need for some of the most vulnerable people in crisis. We are hopeful to advocate for the patients to Kits for a Cause and your stakeholders.
