Wyndham House

Wyndham House works to prevent, reduce and end youth homelessness through the provision of providing housing, healthcare, food security, high-quality case management and clinical supports for youth with a variety of needs and complexities since 1973. Wyndham House supports all youth who are at-risk and experiencing homeless ages 16-25 in Guelph, Wellington. Our barrier-free Programs include; Two 8-bed Supportive Housing Residences, a 14-bed Youth Emergency Shelter, an Integrated Youth Service Hub, a Housing Stability Team and a Care and Treatment Day Program.
