On behalf of the staff and all the residents, we serve at Horizon\/ Boulevard West, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to my community. Horizon\/ Boulevard West, located at 220 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark, NJ. Horizon is a low-income housing community with 89 units that serve approximately 160 residents (adults with children). I serve as the community\u2019s Social Service Coordinator and, in this capacity, provide our residents with programming and case management services focusing on education, healthy lifestyles, economic success and strong communities which enable them to lead independent, happy and healthy lives.<\/p>\n
I am reaching out to you today to respectfully request your support our resident during this holidays season. I am asking you to consider donating products to our Community In-house pantry. Anything you can provide it will be greatly appreciated by our community residents.
