Since our inception in 2002, our dedicated staff, board of directors, volunteers and community partners have worked tirelessly to develop programs and services to meet the needs of our communities. These kits will be mainly for our urban Health team clients. Sherbourne is committed to providing quality healthcare services to people living in our mid-East Toronto neighbourhood.
