As the Niagara Region’s leading provider of adult mental health and addictions services, CMHA Niagara offers free programs, services, consultations and resources to support individuals (16 years+) who are experiencing mental health challenges. These include urgent support and walk-in counselling, short-term residential Safe Beds, Mobile Crisis Outreach and Intervention Services, Specialized Employment Programs (Real Work), case management, transitional and supportive housing programs, group counselling, court diversion and support, and connections to other community partners.
