The London InterCommunity Health Centre offers health and social services to people experiencing barriers to care. Our Poverty, Homelessness and Options Team provide supports for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our interdisciplinary care team operates within a health promotion framework to help individuals achieve better health outcomes. We offer many programs that promote wellness, harm reduction best practices, personal growth and community inclusion.
