Monthly Dignity’s mission is to tackle the causes and consequences of period poverty and work towards menstrual equity in Montreal. We envision a world where menstruation is no longer a barrier to social, educational and professional fulfillment. We partner with community-based organizations including shelters and outreach centers that serve people experiencing homelessness, victims of domestic violence, newcomers, and youth to provide free menstrual products across Montreal. Additionally, we offer free workshops to school and community organizations/groups on a variety of menstrual equity-related topics in order to empower people with the information they need and deserve about their bodies and communities. We believe that our three-pronged approach of distribution, education, and advocacy is crucial for systemic change. Thank you so much for your support!
