Resilience Montreal is a non-profit day shelter that offers food, a place to sleep, clean clothes and support to anyone in need. We aim to provide services that restore dignity to the lives of its patrons. This service offers volunteer opportunities to the homeless as well as social, financial, and mental health support and advocacy. The overall goal is to restore physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellness.
