Sanguen Health Centre is a non profit aiming to improve the lives of those with and at risk of Hepatitis C. Our programs serve some of the most marginalized community members in the Waterloo region. Many of our folks accessing our services are precariously housed or living rough. We provide wrap around support by a multidisciplinary team including people with lived experience, doctors, nurses, social workers, and outreach workers. We are able to distribute donations such as food, clothing, hygiene, tents, snacks, and supplies to help people survive outside through our Community Health Van Program. We receive over 1100 visits monthly
