Founded in 1960, the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa (YSB) is one of the largest and most comprehensive non‑profit agencies serving youth in this community. More than 350 caring professionals work from 21 locations across the city to deliver a vast range of programs and services that support at‑risk youth and their families.

Each month, YSB serves more than 3000 young people and their families in the areas of youth housing and homelessness, mental health and counselling, employment and training, and youth justice.

With the support of our community, YSB has helped change the lives of tens of thousands of young people allowing them meet their emotional, psychological and physical needs and lead happy, healthy and stable lives in our community.
